Ingredients

  • ½ oz - Celery Root Liqueur
  • 1½ oz - Gin
  • 3-4 oz - Tonic

Assembly

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in rocks glass.
  • 2. Stir gently to incorporate.
  • 3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
