Ingredients
- ½ oz - Apologue Paw Paw
- 1½ oz - Whiskey
- ¾ oz - Lime Juice
- ½ oz - Pineapple Juice
- 2-3 oz - Ginger Beer
- 2-3 dashes - Aromatic Bitters
Assembly
- 1. Combine all ingredients, except for ginger beer and bitters, in a shaker with ice and shake briefly.
- 2. Strain into a collins glass over crushed
- 3. Top ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of mint and 2-3 dash of aromatic bitters.
