Saffron Mule
Ingredients
- ½ oz - Saffron Liqueur
- 1½ oz - Vodka
- ½ oz - Lime Juice
- 3-4 oz - Ginger Beer
Assembly
- 1. Combine all ingredients, except ginger beer, in a shaker with ice and shake.
- 2. Strain into Collins glass over fresh ice.
- 3. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wedge.
